Helen Adams is Digital Engagement Lead for the Gardens, Libraries and Museums (GLAM) at the University of Oxford, leading on audience advocacy, project design and strategic planning. She began her career in audience research at the Victoria and Albert Museum before working as a curator and public engagement officer at the Pitt Rivers Museum for ten years, with responsibility for research, interpretation, digital content and programmes. Helen also has experience as a freelance evaluation specialist for institutions such as the Victoria and Albert Museum; the Museum of the History of Science, Oxford; Science Museum, London; and the British Museum. She is a trustee of the UK National Paralympic Heritage Trust and a committee member of the Digital Learning Network.
